These Terms govern your participation as an Astrologer / Spiritual Expert (“Expert”) on the Poonam Light platform operated by:

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

By registering as an Expert on the Poonam Light App (iOS & Android), you agree to these Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You are an independent contractor.
You are not an employee, partner, or agent of Poonam Light.
You are responsible for your own taxes, statutory dues, and compliance.
Nothing in this agreement creates employment, joint venture, or partnership.
As an Expert, you may provide:
Astrology consultations
Tarot readings
Numerology sessions
Spiritual guidance
Other approved services
All services must:
Be lawful
Be ethical
Be respectful
Follow platform guidelines
You agree that astrology and spiritual guidance are interpretative services and outcomes are not guaranteed.
Poonam Light operates on a revenue-sharing model.
The platform retains a commission percentage on each session.
Remaining balance will be credited to the Expert wallet.
Payout timelines and thresholds will be communicated separately.
Poonam Light reserves the right to modify commission structure with notice.
Experts are solely responsible for:
Income tax compliance
GST registration (if applicable)
Any statutory obligations
Poonam Light may deduct TDS if required under law.
Experts must not:
Provide medical, legal, or financial guarantees
Make false promises of guaranteed results
Use abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language
Share personal contact details to bypass platform
Solicit users for off-platform payments
Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.
Experts agree:
Not to move platform users to private communication channels.
Not to share personal numbers, emails, or social handles for direct bookings.
Not to promote competing platforms to users acquired via Poonam Light.
Any attempt to bypass the platform may result in immediate termination.
Experts must:
Keep user information confidential.
Not disclose birth details or personal discussions.
Not record sessions without platform authorization.
Confidentiality survives termination of account.
The App, brand name, logo, design, content framework, and user database belong exclusively to Poonam Light.
Experts may not:
Copy platform content
Use brand assets without permission
Claim ownership over platform systems
Experts understand that:
Services require internet connectivity.
Technical disruptions may occur.
Platform updates may change features.
Poonam Light is not liable for income loss due to technical downtime.
In case of user complaints:
Platform decision will be final.
Refund adjustments may be deducted from Expert wallet.
Experts must cooperate in dispute resolution.
Poonam Light may suspend or terminate Expert accounts for:
Policy violations
Fraudulent activity
Repeated user complaints
Platform misuse
Upon termination:
Access to platform ends immediately.
Pending payouts may be reviewed.
Poonam Light is not responsible for:
User dissatisfaction
Interpretation disputes
Emotional reactions from users
Decisions taken by users after consultations
Maximum liability shall not exceed the commission earned from the disputed session.
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
