This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided through the Poonam Light mobile application operated by:

By purchasing services through the App, you agree to this policy.
Poonam Light provides:
Astrology consultations (chat, voice, video)
Tarot and spiritual guidance
Numerology insights
Pooja bookings
Digital spiritual products
Subscription-based access
All services are digital and time-based in nature.
Because these are personalized spiritual services, refund eligibility is limited as outlined below.
Once a consultation session has begun, it is considered delivered.
Time consumed during the session is non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction with prediction outcomes is NOT a valid ground for refund.
Astrology is interpretative in nature and outcomes are not guaranteed.
A refund or wallet credit may be provided only if:
The session failed due to a verified technical error from our server.
The expert did not join the session.
The call dropped due to a confirmed system malfunction.
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the session.
All claims are subject to technical verification.
Poonam Light may offer subscription plans.
• Apple App Store → Cancellation must be done via Apple ID settings.
• Google Play Store → Cancellation must be done via Google Play subscription settings.
We do NOT control Apple/Google subscription refunds.
Platform billing rules apply.
If you cancel a subscription:
Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
No partial refunds are provided unless required by law.
Pooja bookings are spiritual ritual services.
Once a Pooja is scheduled, it cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the ritual.
Once performed, it is non-refundable.
No guaranteed material results are promised.
If a Pooja cannot be conducted due to force majeure (temple closure, natural events, etc.), it may be rescheduled.
Digital reports, personalized horoscope files, or downloadable content:
Are non-returnable.
Are non-refundable once delivered.
Wallet recharges are generally non-refundable.
However, refund may be processed if:
Duplicate payment occurred.
Payment succeeded but wallet was not credited (after verification).
Payment gateway error is confirmed.
We reserve the right to:
Deny refund requests for repeated misuse.
Block accounts involved in fraudulent claims.
Refuse services to abusive users.
If a user initiates a chargeback:
Account may be suspended during investigation.
Outstanding dues must be cleared before reactivation.
If approved:
Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on payment provider.
Wallet credits may be processed faster.
Refund requests must include:
Registered email
Transaction ID
Session details
Reason for request
