About My Services
Poonam is a Vedic astrologer, tarot reader, palm reader and life coach with 25 years of experience guiding people through life's most important decisions. She specialises in business, career and market astrology — helping professionals and entrepreneurs understand the planetary timing behind their biggest opportunities — while combining tarot and palmistry with traditional Vedic methods for a fuller, more grounded reading. Her consultations are known for being clear and honest, not vague: you leave with concrete direction, not more uncertainty. Whether you're facing a career crossroads, a financial decision, a relationship question, or simply need clarity on where life is heading, her quarter-century of experience across multiple disciplines means she's likely guided someone through exactly what you're navigating now. Consult her for grounded, practical guidance on career, money, business timing, relationships and life's bigger questions.

How consultations work and what they cost
- Billing starts the minute the Expert accepts and joins — not when you send the request, and not while you wait.
- You need at least 5 minutes of talk time at that Expert's rate in your balance before a session can start. 5 minutes is the shortest session the app offers.
- If the Expert declines, or does not join, you are not charged anything.
- If a session drops — network, battery, anything — billing stops at the last minute that was connected. Nothing is taken for time you did not get.
- A session only runs longer if you tap to add time. It never extends itself.
- Your balance is shown before you pay, and the 18% GST is already included in the amount you see at checkout.
Cancel before the Expert accepts and nothing is charged. Talk time you have not used stays in your account — see the refund policy, terms and privacy policy.
